All year, the Carlton Restaurant and its famous terrace, which you will be able to enjoy when the weather is fine, welcomes you for breakfast through finner in a unique setting.

Again certified Green Globe in 2015, the InterContinental Carlton Cannes has voluntarily engaged in a sustainable-development approach based on respect for local producers and for its guests. Laurent Bunel, our Head Chef, inventive, passionate, and devoted to authentic local produce, demands quality beyond reproach in building his menus to suit the seasons.
