From 15th September to 15th October 2017, the InterContinental Carlton Cannes is pleased to present a selection of dishes from the InterContinental Paris Le Grand’s , famous  "Café de la Paix" restaurant menu. 

 

At the Carlton Restaurant, facing the Mediterranean Sea, come and partake in some emblematic dishes, signed by our Head Chef, Laurent André.  With some of the most traditional Parisien cuisine on offer, such as Bourgogne snails with walnuts, Parisian dumplings and 'Café de la Paix' Mille-feuille, these choices will delight even the most discerning gourmets !  A real treat for your taste buds…
