Full of taste and generosity, the royal bouillabaisse enhances the Carlton’s Wednesdays with its delicious perfume of Provence. Rock lobster and fish of the day: sea bream, sea bass, capon, monkfish... The catch of the week.

€69 per person, bouillabaisse served as two courses, choice from pastry trolley, and two glasses of wine (sommelier’s choice), served for both lunch and dinner.

SCALLOPS & CHARDONNAY
Grilled, sautéed, poached in a court bouillon, the spotlight is on the queen of shells in her Chardonnay gown. Voted best calorie/pleasure ratio.
