Carlton Beach Restaurant : Fine dining with Mediterranean flavours


Embark on a culinary journey in an exceptional scenery with Chef Alexandra Delamare: an original combination of seafood, charcoal-grilled pieces of meat, transalpine classics and a selection of more exotic dishes. This menu with a thousand flavours, includes the Belle Otéro salad with blue lobster, green asparagus, New Zealand spinach, granola and fresh flowers or a rack of New Zealand lamb rubbed with Zaatar spices and its reduced juice with candied lemon, cooked in a charcoal-oven. Not to mention the Carlton Beach Club famous dishes such as the Beef tartar, Royal Calvisius caviar, raw Fennel and its tomato chips.

Carlton Beach Bar


Head bartender Benjamin Giraud delivers a true mixology experience in his cocktail menu composed of no less than 20 different cocktails. The central bar, made of precious materials, is unique and the ideal place to taste many emblematic recipes as well as signature cocktails. Try the “Miss Croisette” (vodka, strawberries, mint, lime, sugar and ginger ale) or discover the brand new Carlton Beach Club Tonic cocktail. The bar and lounge area can welcome up to 90 people.
